Any and all custom pre-cut tint sales are final. Exchanges/refunds can ONLY be issued on defective items, wrong items shipped, and/or damaged items during shipping. This policy is in place as we cannot reuse custom made precuts that were made for that specific customer.
If a precut did arrive defective/wrong/damaged, pictures of the error are required as the first step of the warranty process. Then a refund or replacement can be processed. No returns are necessary for precuts.
