This ad is for a rare vintage classic non-conforming mid 20
th
century Burke Golf short trouble nub iron chipper. Iron is 11.25” long and has a double sided lined chipper face. This Nub Iron can be played from either side, left or right. These were manufactured beginning in 1955 and production ended in 1971. Club is in great condition and hardly used with minor overall wear. Club has a lined face on both sides of the iron. Club has knurls around the top, with Burke – Nub Iron – No Unplayable Ball in red stamped in the sole. Chipper has the original blue rubber grip, with end collar that meets the hosel. This is a very usable trouble iron, but non-conforming to USGA Rules.
