This is Esther. She is inspired by the character Esther Walton on the beloved TV show "The Waltons".  Also see my separate listing for Zebulon (Grandpa) Walton. What a sweet couple they are! They would look wonderful in any 1:12 scale country vintage setting or just displayed in your home.
Esther is 5 3/8"  inches tall not including her crown of hair. Her head, hands, forearms, lower legs , torso and shoes are hand sculpted in polymer clay.  Her upper arms and legs are comprised of cotton padding over wire. Her arms are gently poseable at the elbow and shoulder. Her face hands,  and shoes are hand painted in Genesis heat set oils.  Her hair is viscose and has been hand curled with a tiny heated rod ,attached in sections then cut and styled.  Her costume is comprised of assorted fine materials and is my original design.  She is completely made by hand from head to toe. No molds were made or used in the process of making her. She is a one of a kind character doll made with love. All of my dolls are dated and signed on the bottom of their shoe.  Please note, all parts are fragile especially  little hands and fingers. Minimal gentle handling is recommended.  This is a collectors item and is not suitable for children.
