Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for warranty replacement. We will ship a brand new replacement lamp to you at our cost.

A unique serial number is assigned to each individual lamp.
Serial number can be found on the packaging, housing, and actual bulb.
Warranty is void if the accrual serial number is removed, obliterated, or altered.
