Hobart 403 Tenderizer Lift Out Blade Unit. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. We are selling all our Hobart tenderizer supplies. This unit is set 3 of 5 we have up for sale. This set works 100% with the only defect being the "fork" that acts a hinge is broken off. See pic. Runs fine, just have to hold unit together when putting in machine. Check out my other 4 auctions with the blade units in different conditions. I have 2 perfect sets, 1 with small defect, and 2 working but either missing / bent combs and some blades broke.
