This is a small version of The speaking Zoltan fortune teller made by classic toy purveyor FAO Schwarz. This was depicted as "Zoltar" in the classic movie "Big" starring Tom Hanks.
Zoltan the Magnificent knows all! Zoltan’s design harkens back to the era of carnival novelty, complete with a mystical and artistic spin on mysteries of foreign lands.
Housed in an opulent kiosk befitting this prognosticator’s mysterious origins, Zoltan’s eyes glow red to imply gifted divination while his turning head and breathing imparts supernatural sentience to his form.
He replies with one of 15 responses to any yes/no question after a push of his kiosk’s button, including “The stars will align under a summer moon. On that day, the answer will finally be yes."
