    Description

    Sharpener assembly complete for the berkel slicer models 807-818. The sharpener unit is the new universal unit made of nylon and uses the new polycorbonate cover US177. The sharpener body is molded with the 5/16 diameter pin and has adapter sleeves (US173) available to adapt them to the 3/8 diameter size. (requires 2 sleeves per unit)
