arked Wm Small on the crown. Small was at Hay Harbor Fishers Island, NY.

I see no cracks and it is tight at the hosel. Feels like a stiff flex. The grip is a newer long leather wrap that is in good condition. 8* loft and a D 2 swingweight. Play it or display it.
If you are considering playing with this club, while I see no issues with this shaft (other than those mentioned above), I suggest that whipping be added just above the hosel to help prevent breakage. These old wooden shafts often have hidden defects and are liable to break at any time. I do not guarantee wooden shafts or heads against breakage when put into play. Never hit an old wooden shafted club off a driving range mat. Never hit an old wooden shafted wood with a hard range ball.

box. This item shipped UPS Ground. For those of you that never ship but only receive items, the further you are from me in NC the more shipping will be. That is the way the carriers charge. On top of that, eBay and takes almost 15% of what I receive for shipping (out of I receive .50) and I would like to break even. eBay collects sales tax for many states.
